Seminole Chevrolet is seeking a detail-oriented Window Tint Technician. A Window Tint Technician is responsible for applying tint films to vehicle windows, enhancing the car's aesthetic, and privacy. This role involves meticulous preparation, precise application, and post-application care. The technician must ensure compliance with all local and state regulations regarding window tinting. This job requires a combination of technical skills, precision, and excellent customer service. What We Offer

Responsibilities

• Consult with management and customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Clean and prep vehicle windows to remove dirt, dust, and oils
• Measure window dimensions accurately
• Cut tint film to match window sizes, accounting for curves and edges
• Apply tint film to windows using appropriate techniques to avoid bubbles, wrinkles, or imperfections
• Provide final adjustments and ensure the film adheres perfectly
• Ensure all tint jobs comply with legal standards to avoid penalties
• Other duties assigned by manager

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using tools like squeegees, heat guns, utility knives, and cleaning solutions
• Steady hands and good coordination for applying film smoothly
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and address their needs
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during application
• Prior experience in window tinting or a related automotive field
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Need to have a valid driver's license & clean driving record
