Job Description

• Oversee normal operations and objectively audit employees
• Know and understand the safety policies and operational processes
• Train employees in your department to the safety policies and operational processes
• Coach employees to the safety policies and operational processes
• Report KPI's to Management
• Document issues with employees
• Drive Continuous Improvement through KPI's
• Discipline employees when necessary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, continued education preferred
• Attendance is in good standing
• Need to work efficiently & handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong workplace organizational skills including attention to detail and accuracy
• Good interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability of working in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills necessary
• Forklift Certification
• Ability to lift 40lbs
• Previous supervisory experience

Pay: $18.00.50
