Your Role

In this role, you will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4:30 pm. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customer.

Your Responsibilities

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of recent experience in a warehouse environment
• 2 or more years in a supervisory role
• Forklift certification and at least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Your Skills and Experiences

• 5+ years' experience as a Logistics/Transportation Supervisor (preferably Pharma Chain)
• 5+ years' excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a forklift certification and able to train others on forklift operations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• HS or GED required; Bachelor's degree in facilities management preferred
• Previous experience working in a Pharma Care environment preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with staff members and understanding planning, shipping, warehouse management and inventory systems; Managing daily routes/schedules of shipments and deliveries
• Tracking the progress of shipment
• Knowing all aspects of warehouse operations
• Reviewing inventory needs and keeping adequate stock
