Join our Data Enrichment team as a Voice Data Entry Agent! In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our clients' data enrichment tasks, ensuring high-quality work and contributing to our quality control processes.

What You'll Do:
Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as needed.
Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Verify information provided by third-party entities using online databases for accuracy.
Review and complete enrichment tasks as defined and trained by our clients.
Perform data entry, verify vendor resources, check board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for status updates.
Execute tasks timely and with attention to detail.
Take on additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:
Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes.
Previous experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related customer service roles is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Availability for 40 hours per week, starting immediately.
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to navigate process and information changes.
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Comfortable with a work-from-home setup and have a stable internet connection.
Computer-savvy candidates are preferred.
Pay Rate: $16 per hour
