Join our dynamic Data Enrichment team as a Voice Data Entry Agent, where you'll play a key role in supporting data enrichment tasks for a healthcare client. What You'll Do:

Engage in both voice and non-voice tasks as needed.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Verify information provided by third parties using online databases to ensure accuracy.
Complete Enrichment Tasks as outlined and trained by our client.
Perform data entry, verify vendor resources, check board certifications, and follow up with state boards for status updates.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

Willingness to handle both voice and non-voice processes.
Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related customer service roles is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting immediately.
Adaptability to process and information changes.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
A reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection.
Comfort with technology and a preference for candidates who are computer-savvy.
