Description: As a Technical Writer , you must have at least 4+ years of experience. As the Technical Writer, you must understand external vendor contractual requirements and leverage them to facilitate the finalization of deliverables work products that meet the client’s documented needs as well as to support development of contractual letters.
This includes supporting the intake, tracking, and review of deliverables and work products throughout their lifecycle, maintaining lists of required deliverables, reviewers, due dates, requirements, and contractual letters.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing deliverable review processes within client work groups
- Maintaining a deliverable dashboard via collaboration with an external vendor
- Management of the project inbox; supporting vendor onboarding requests including access provisioning and system use training support (e.g. sharing of any project documentation, assisting with access to SharePoint)
- Reviewing resumes, transition plans, and qualifications for external vendor resources; drafting and proofreading contractual letters, coordinating multi-level client reviews, and facilitating their release to the external vendor
- Managing document version control during review cycles with management and external stakeholders for frequently updated documents
- Recording and producing meeting minutes
- Working extensively in Word and Excel (review, edit, track changes, formatting, and use of Styles and utilize file conversions)
- Working extensively in office productivity and collaboration software utilizing Workflows, Document Sets, Document Libraries, and folder structures to maintain project documentation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
