Responsibilities:

• Determine the strategic direction and goals for the food services department across multiple systems.
• Successfully implement innovative programs and initiatives to enhance the dining experience
• Collaborate with executive chefs and registered dietitians to ensure world-class culinary offerings
• Oversee budget management and financial performance for a managed volume of $12M
• Strictly adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Food/Hospitality or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in food services
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious and driven to compete in a fast-paced environment
