Doughnuts are provided every Monday for the weekly meeting with free lunch Friday for all employees all summer. KIT offers competitive starting wages - $21-$23 or higher DOE, $1,000 tax free sign on bonus after 90 days of employment, $1,000 tax free referral bonus; referral must be employed at least 91 days. Requirements:
- Experience with blowing insulation.
- Experience with roof rips, laying down paper, and loading shingles.
- Must be able to climb, bend, and carry large loads during a 10-hour shift.
- Comfortable working at heights of 6+ feet with a safety harness.
- High accuracy in work and attention to detail.
- Exterior trim experience preferred.
