We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent for various positions while collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs effectively.

• Source and attract candidates through various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.).
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and manage applicant tracking systems to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
• Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of current job market trends and employment legislation.

• Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
• Performance-based bonuses and benefits package.
