Job Title: NDT II - FPI Location: Huntsville, AL 35806 Area Code: 256, 938 Pay Rate: 45.00-60.00/hour Shift: 2nd or weekend Duration: 4 months with potential perm Full time, with benefits #NDT #manufacturing About the Role: As an NDT Level II Technician with a focus on Pre-Penetrant etch and\or Dye Penetrant inspection , you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and quality of various components and assemblies. You will be responsible for testing consisting of weld and Pre-Penetrant etch inspection utilizing Fluorescent Penetrant methods. Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection activity shall be performed on BE4 components including HP and LP LOX assemblies, volutes, weld plates and other components as directed by Blue Origin HSV NDT Management through Jules Executable Work Orders (EWO)"s.
• Conduct and oversee critical inspections, providing clear, accurate, and concise interpretation of inspection results utilizing both manual techniques and advanced NDT inspection systems.
• Provide essential support for various organizational activities, including proposal development, equipment maintenance, process instruction revisions, new test method development, interpretation of customer technical specifications, and identification of productivity enhancements.

Required Qualities: * Technicians need active NDT level II certifications for dye penetrant inspection as applicable- Certifications and experience hours shall be compliant with SNT-TC-1A or NAS 410 Desired but not required skills:

• AS or BS in Engineering
• NDT level II Certification in dye penetrant inspection in compliance with ASTM-E1417
