Responsibilities:

The Senior MuleSoft Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing complex integration solutions, ensuring seamless data flow between various systems, including the US Patient platform and Salesforce. They will develop and maintain custom connectors using Java, providing robust and scalable integration solutions. The role requires collaboration with the US- based and offshore teams, offering technical guidance and support, while working US hours to ensure project alignment.

Additionally, the developer will participate in deployment activities, troubleshoot integration issues, and provide accurate project estimates, sizing, and cost assessments. They will also play a key role in ensuring the team meets the high standards of the MuleSoft implementation

Qualifications:

Hard Skills:

• MuleSoft Platform Expertise: Extensive experience with the MuleSoft Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Anypoint Studio. Proven ability to design, build, and manage APIs, integrations, and microservices.
• Complex Integration Solutions: Strong capability to develop integration solutions for complex systems. Understanding of how these solutions will be maintained and scaled in the future.
• API Development and Salesforce Integration: Proficient in calling APIs to integrate with enterprise platforms and other systems. Deep knowledge of Salesforce, including its data model and integration points.
• Java for Custom Connectors: Expertise in Java for creating and maintaining custom connectors within MuleSoft. Experience with integrating Java-based applications into broader integration solutions.
• Deployment and Troubleshooting: Skilled in deploying MuleSoft applications and assisting with deployment activities. Strong troubleshooting skills to fix bugs and resolve integration issues efficiently

Soft Skills:

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and solve complex integration problems and technical challenges. Creative thinking to develop effective and efficient integration solutions.
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work with the US-based team and offshore consultants. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership and Mentoring: Experience leading integration projects. Ability to provide technical guidance and support to the team.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to quickly adapt to new project requirements, tools, and methodologies.
• Attention to Detail and Estimation Skills: Meticulous approach to ensuring integration solutions are well-documented and maintainable. Ability to provide accurate estimates, sizing, and costs for integration projects.

Preferred Skills:

Pharmaceutical Experience : nice to have but not mandatory

Availability : Needs to be able to work standard EST hours to overlap with India team
