Job Description

Actalent Services is seeking a skilled and motivated (Manufacturing) Test Engineer to join team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and enhancing production efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive manufacturing techniques and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor final test stand machinery for transmission and engine products

Troubleshoot downed test stands

Update electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics

Use statistical analysis to set a range of limits during new test stand development and while troubleshooting

Develop test stand procedures and safety protocols

Create tests for transmission and engine test stands using automotive specific software (VMC and WMA) programming and ran diagnostics

Supervise maintenance team while working on downed machinery

Order parts for development of new test stands

Conduct repeatability studies using calibrated gauge lab equipment

Calibrate pressure transducers, flow meter, and torque transducers

Work with other engineers to meet production deadlines

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering
• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering
• Base knowledge of various test processes (Leak Test, In-Process Test, EOL Test, etc.)
