Job Overview:
As a Logistic Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials within our organization. You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations to meet customer demands and organizational goals.
Duties:
Oversee and manage the transportation and distribution of products to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers manufacturers and customers to guarantee smooth operations.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain adequate stock levels.
Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely deliveries and quality control.
Analyze profit loss statements related to logistics operations and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of transportation activities including invoices shipping documents and compliance records.
Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field.
Familiarity with transportation management systems and inventory control processes.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of systems used in logistics operations to streamline processes effectively.
