What you would be doing: The Orchards Administrator exemplifies our CARING values: Care, Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Nimbleness, and Generosity in all their workplace activities and communications. In this role you will have responsibility for the overall management, leadership, growth, and profitability of your center. You will plan, develop, direct, monitor and support all operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, customer service and fiscal activities for the center. Tap into the support of Home Office team, as needed, to further ensure program and service quality, consistency and compliance. What your work schedule would be: Your work hours are based during the traditional business week but requires the flexibility to attend to on-demand facility needs either on or off site, as needed. The successful candidate: Is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the State of Michigan with a preference for a related Bachelor’s Degree. Has proven leadership ability with at least three (3) years. successful long-term care experience measured by positive outcomes in financial performance, resident care and improved operations. Has excellent people management skills with the ability to build a sense team, motivate, challenge, supervise, instruct and provide formal and informal performance feedback and coaching. Has strong mix of organizational, analytical and communication skills to swiftly and properly respond, prioritize and communicate competing demands. Ability to read, analyze and interpret, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental regulations. And, to communicate orally and through written reports and other documents relating to resident, staff and others. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of executives, managers, clients, customers, and the public. • Salary range for this position beginning at $115,000 annually.

• Combined Time Off/Paid Time Off. Both full and part time employees accrue CTO/PTO hours. Full time employees can accrue 80 hours and part time employees can accrue 40 hours per year.

* Tuition Reimbursement, Full time employees become eligible after one year of employment with a maximum reimbursement of up to $1,000 per year. Part time employees are eligible after two years of employment with a maximum reimbursement of up to $750 per year.
