Job Description

Eastridge Workforce Solutions Legal team has an opening for a Legal Litigation Secretary at a Honolulu law firm. This individual will support up to four assigned attorneys with civil and commercial litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of strong litigation experience at a law firm. This is a hybrid position, requiring three days in the office per week, and the hours are 8:30 am-5.00pm.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for litigation and administrative tasks
• Court filings (state and federal), and e-filings
• Creating and editing legal documents
• Time entry and expense reimbursement
• Coordinating travel and calendaring
• Maintaining attorney contact lists

Requirements :

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a legal secretary assisting litigation attorneys
• Familiarity with court rules
• Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, prioritization, and ability to multi-task independently
• Proficiency with MS Office Suites, strong typing skills, and ability to learn new software
