About the Role:

The Junior Graphic Designer will support the Associate Creative Director with forward-thinking brand and digital creative for Resonance. They will also partner in planning, creating, and delivering design assets from concept through execution. We are looking for someone interested in contributing to a culture that is innovative, and forward-thinking, and that encourages experimentation in order to drive growth and successful outcomes.

Location: New York City (4 days in-person)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with brand & marketing teams to conceptualize, design, and develop brand identities and compelling assets.
• Ensure brand consistency in all designs and marketing materials.
• Meet deadlines while delivering quality design.
• Multitask on multiple brands and projects self-sufficiently.
• Conduct research and stay updated on design trends to ensure our work remains cutting-edge and relevant.
• Communicate effectively with team members to understand project goals, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in Figma
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Knowledge of motion graphics preferred 
• Strong awareness of design and social media trends
• Organized and detail-oriented
• A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects.
