In this role, you'll help ensure that our databases and systems are accurate and up-to-date. Your keen eye for detail and independent work ethic will play a key role in maintaining the reliability of our data, which is crucial for both our team and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input data into various databases and systems from source documents while adhering to deadlines.
Review and correct any data deficiencies or errors, ensuring output consistency.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents for accuracy.
Update existing data and retrieve information from the database as needed.
Perform regular backups to safeguard data integrity.
Organize and maintain files and records to facilitate efficient data retrieval.
Collaborate with team members to resolve any data entry discrepancies or issues.
Uphold confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail with a keen ability to spot errors.
Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
