Job Description

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

We are looking for a District Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing quick service restaurants. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting store managers across your assigned district, ensuring that all locations meet company standards for quality, service, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple quick service restaurant locations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to store managers to ensure consistent performance.
• Drive customer satisfaction and ensure high standards of service across all locations.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with upper management to develop and execute strategies for growth and improvement.
• Address staffing needs, including recruitment, training, and development of employees.
• Ensure that all locations adhere to health, safety, and food quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing quick service restaurants.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing multiple locations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle operational challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel between locations as needed.
