Director, Security Head LATAM Description

We are seeking a Director, Security Head LATAM , to join our Security practice. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing EPAM's security business in the LATAM market. You will play a key role in defining and driving the maturity of Information Security Management Systems and Security Roadmaps for large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Define or drive maturity of Information Security Management Systems and Security Roadmaps for large enterprises
• Consult VP and C-level stakeholders on security solutions and enterprise security programs and manage the relationship
• Lead sales process, prepare RFP/RFI responses
• Define Security Programs in domains such as Cloud Security, Application Security, Identity & Access Management, Threat & Vulnerability Management, MDM/MAM, Data protection, Security Operations Center, and Security Testing
• Orchestrate discovery process together with Security Architects
• Manage a team of security consultants and architects
• Consult client leads from engineering, infrastructure, development, database, and security teams on security topics

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience with at least 7 years in security
• Broad background in infrastructure and systems architecture, solution architecture, cloud & application development
• Extensive experience dealing with security architecture issues in multi-cloud systems, hybrid infrastructures, containers, microservices, and modern stacks
• Good understanding of industry standards such as NIST SP 800-53/ISO 27001/PCI DSS; HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR, etc. from compliance and technical perspective
• Proven experience in successfully implementing Enterprise Security programs and delivering security service-oriented projects
• Experience with security assessments
• Fluency in Spanish and proficient in English communication (C1+ level)
