DevOps Engineer with AWS Expertise Description

We are currently looking for a DevOps Engineer with specialized expertise in Amazon Web Services and Kubernetes to join our team.

The successful candidate will develop, implement, and maintain the cloud infrastructure deployment platform. This role requires a strong proficiency in Kubernetes, along with experience and a solid grasp of cloud providers, particularly AWS or Azure. Understanding of platform engineering will be a substantial advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Plexus Service Mesh platform
• Work with cloud providers such as AWS and Azure to optimize our cloud infrastructure deployment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project delivery
• Participate in software design, code reviews, and documentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps practices and methodologies
• Strong expertise in Amazon Web Services, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Experience with Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service and Azure Kubernetes Service
• Proficiency in the Go Language
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP and Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift
