Dermatology Physician Assistant - Join Our Thriving Practice!

One of our top clients is seeking a motivated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing dermatology practice. In this fast-paced environment, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive medical dermatologic care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient histories, physical examinations, and develop treatment plans for a variety of skin conditions (90% Medical).
Perform procedures such as I&D, suturing, cryotherapy/electrocautery, Dermabond application, shave/punch biopsies, all while adhering to strict sterile practices.
Manage chronic skin conditions like acne, eczema, and psoriasis.
Perform cultures, wound care, injections, and analyze specimens under a microscope.
Identify healthcare gaps and ensure patients receive necessary screenings.
Implement evidence-based medicine practices to deliver the highest quality care.
Build strong patient rapport and foster a positive patient experience.
Collaborate effectively with staff as a valued team member.
A plus: experience with cosmetic dermatology procedures.
Qualifications:
Physician Assistant certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed in the state of practice.
Minimum 2 years of experience in dermatology or a related field.
Strong clinical skills with a focus on dermatology.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work efficiently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
Benefits:
Competitive salary: $130,000 - $150,000 (guarantee or 28-32% collections).
Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off (PTO).
Paid Continuing Medical Education (CME).
4-5 days per week schedule, seeing 30-40 patients per day.
