Griffin Ford Inc. a family-owned franchised dealership is seeking a top-performing New Car Manager to add to our team. Candidates for this opportunity must have Automotive Sales Manager experience, a proven track record of high performance, outstanding CSI, and an ability to lead and mentor within a team atmosphere.

Job Summary

As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and

achieving our growth targets. Your primary responsibility will be to lead, motivate, and

guide a team of skilled sales professionals to exceed sales objectives and deliver

exceptional customer satisfaction. With your proven leadership abilities, industry

expertise, and customer-centric approach, you will play a critical role in establishing

ourdealership as the premier destination for automotive sales.

Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve dealership sales goals and

targets.

 Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales consultants, fostering a culture of

excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

 Provide training, guidance, and support to sales team members, ensuring they

have the knowledge and resources to succeed.

 Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing regular

feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.

 Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, promoting

exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

 Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure

seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

 Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments,

adjusting sales strategies as needed.

 Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance, identify areas of

improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

 Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate goals, strategies, and updates to

the sales team.

 Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

 Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record

of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 Previous experience in a leadership role, managing a sales team and driving their

performance.

 In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes, techniques, and trends.

 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

 Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

 Proficient in using sales management software and CRM systems.
