We’re Looking for Experience Product Masterclass Coaches to Join our Team! (100% Remote)

With our significant momentum and growth, we’re seeking exceptional coaches to join our Experience Product Masterclass (EPM) coaching team this year.

Your mission -- should you choose to accept it -- is to...

• Deliver a ton of value, knowledge and insights to our new EPM students as they strive to design, market and make $2K (or a whole lot more) with an “Experience Product” in 12 weeks or less.

• Embody the EPM Content! Using personal and real world examples of how it has been implemented in order to drive results.

• Masterfully provide group coaching to your pod of students by facilitating (10) 90 minute group coaching sessions between Oct 28, 2024 – Feb 3, 2025 .

• Provide email coaching to the students in your pod, helping them get “unstuck,” gain traction and keep moving forward towards their goals. 

• Track and document all coaching activities each week using the provided systems. This role isn’t just about showing up and coaching, it’s about real accountability and supporting your students to achieve success. 

• Create a sense of connection, community and team unity in your pod so students become each other’s biggest cheerleaders, accountability partners and wear their pod membership like a badge of honor.

• Help build an amazing global community by providing encouragement, support and guidance to our EPM Facebook Community via regular engagement on our exclusive EPM Facebook group.

• Attend, collaborate and participate in all scheduled coach trainings and meetings throughout the EPM lifecycle to ensure you are fully equipped to support your students at the highest level. Training commences week beginning Sept 16, 2024 and concludes with the program debrief week ending Feb 7, 2025 .

• Provide each student with the individual support, encouragement and accountability needed so they can graduate and reach Mission Accomplished as raving fans, blown away by the world class service they have received from their coach 

About You:

We are looking for someone who is committed to supporting their students to build the program or product they’ve been dreaming about and who truly believes that the EXPERIENCE PRODUCT MASTERCLASS at Live Your Message is the best place to do it.

You are the ideal person for this position if you’ve got energy to burn - you lead with your energy and you meet people where they’re at, and you leave them two levels higher.

Our Coaches have a flair for communication.

• You can think on your feet - you can respond to students with clear, concise coaching regardless of the challenge raised and find it easy to draw out the essence of your students’ questions so that everyone can benefit from your response.

• You intuitively know what message your students need to hear - from mindset coaching to marketing strategy - and you can confidently move students forward when they’re feeling stuck. 

You’re overflowing with professional credibility.

Our Coaches are successful in their own right.

• You’ve generated over $100k+ in revenue in your own coaching and/or online business. 

• You’ve spent 5+ years providing business coaching support to clients/students and along the way you’ve developed outstanding coaching skills, including coaching in a group format.

• You’ve successfully utilized many of the strategies we teach at LYM including email marketing, conducting webinar campaigns, crafting sales pages and selling through individual conversations and discovery calls - you get what we do and you’ve done it too.

You’re personally confident.

Our Coaches are confident in who they are and what they offer.

• You’re very comfortable coaching a large group of people (50+) and managing the chat on zoom while you do it. 

• You can manage challenging students and situations with ease and are not afraid to give or receive feedback - you know that applying feedback is what moves good to great.

Bonus Points:

• You don’t need to know everything about EPM to apply as we will train you, but it is definitely a bonus if you have been a student of ours before. Ideally you’re a Momentum or EPM grad so you understand what it’s like to go through our unique experiencified programs first-hand, and our commitment to quality and care.

• You have experience coaching in the online education space with an industry partner of a similar size or larger business than Live Your Message

The Deets:

This is a part-time seasonal contract position. We’re looking for coaches who are interested in supporting our students through the intensive three month sprint period for EPM. We’d love to bring on coaches who are interested in sticking around to grow with us, whether that’s as a recurring seasonal coach or in other capacities. There will be plenty of opportunities for growth here!

The role is currently 100% virtual, but you need to be available to work during “normal business hours” regardless of the time zone you live in (approximately 9am to 6pm Pacific, give or take two hours, with some flexibility). And, having a reliable up-to-date computer is a must!
