We are hiring Boat Crew Members now!
This is a very intense but rewarding position. Boat crews travel all over
Lake of the Ozarks to individual docks as well as marinas. The ideal candidate must have a wonderful, can-do attitude and the willingness to get the job done, no matter what. The job is performed outside in all kinds of weather conditions. We are looking for hard-working, trustworthy, dependable people. No experience necessary! Come with a great attitude and we will teach you the rest!
Summary – Performs all aspects of the boat cleaning process.
Requirements –This position requires the following;
· Works with the Boat Manager and Boat Crew Leader to perform duties according to all company
standards.
· Adheres to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Kwik Kar Employee Manual.
· Works under the supervision of the dockside boat cleaning crew leader. · Use the training provided by the boat crew leader and boat manager to perform necessary tasks.
· Performs all general dockside boat cleaning duties.
· Be willing to work a flexible, ever changing daily schedule, as business demands.
· Keep the assigned boat cleaning truck tidy and organized. Re-stock supplies when necessary.
· Have a general working knowledge of all dockside boat cleaning services.
· Have a good working knowledge of all services offered by Kwik Kar.
· Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
