Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. You will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, performing necessary repairs, and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate the extent of damage to vehicles.
• Perform repairs on damaged body parts, including frame, panels, and structural components.
• Replace and fit new parts, such as bumpers, fenders, and doors.
• Repair or replace damaged glass and windows.
• Sand, buff, and paint vehicle surfaces to restore a factory finish.
• Use specialized tools and equipment for bodywork, welding, and alignment.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations.
• Communicate with customers and insurance companies regarding repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Continuously stay updated on new techniques and technologies in auto body repair.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role.
• Certification in auto body repair or equivalent training.
• Proficiency with body shop tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license.
